We are a growing US-based startup company on a mission to help developers build chains in the metaverse. We are building an open-source protocol that will allow crypto-based applications to deliver at the scale they need to as the metaverse expands. Currently, we are seeking a Senior Product Designer to be the first team member focused exclusively on designing our user-facing products!!

Job Details
Responsibilities:
1. Lead the design process of new features and enhancements from concept to release, ensuring the delivery of high-quality digital products.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, product managers, and other designers, to create seamless user experiences.
3. Utilize your knowledge of dAPP and Web3 technologies to inform your design decisions and create innovative solutions.
4. Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights that inform your design decisions.
5. Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that effectively communicate your design vision.
6. Advocate for the user at all stages of the design process, ensuring that user needs and pain points are at the forefront of all design decisions.
7. Continually iterate on designs based on user feedback, data, and technological constraints.
8. Mentor junior designers, providing guidance and feedback to help them grow in their careers.
Qualifications:
1. 5 years experience as a product designer
2. Experience designing workflow heavy, technical user experiences
3. Be comfortable problem solving in a novel domain
4. A product you designed that is publicly available
5. Experience designing dApp web3 products and services is preferred
